Solution

I connected Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and an internal product knowledge base into one automated quote-to-invoice flow. Once a deal is marked won, the system builds the invoice from the agreed products and pricing automatically instead of someone re-entering it by hand. Sales managers get real-time visibility into billing and payment status directly from the CRM, without asking finance for an update.
