About
Senior CRM & ERP Architect / Developer with 11+ years of experience designing, building, and leading enterprise automation systems on Zoho and custom low-code platforms. Experienced in delivering AI-based workflow automation, digital contract and e-signature systems, identity verification (KYC) automation, customer portals, and cross-department analytics for companies in banking, payments, property management, and digital marketing.
I've built automation for organizations with 1,000+ users in regulated industries. I bring the same careful approach to smaller teams — scaled to fit the budget, without cutting corners on how data is handled.
