A Legal Entity Onboarding Portal Built for Banking Compliance
Problem
Onboarding a new legal entity as a banking client meant collecting sensitive documents and information through email threads and manual checklists. It was slow, easy to get wrong, and gave the client a poor first impression of a company that was supposed to be handling their money carefully.
Solution
I built a custom client-facing onboarding portal on Zoho Creator, with a tailored interface and secure, role-based workflows. Data entered by the client syncs to the CRM in real time, so operations teams see a new application the moment it comes in instead of waiting for someone to forward an email.
